Return & Refund Policy
At Keys4You, our goal is to ensure every customer receives valid and working digital products. Because our products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, we provide refunds only in specific situations outlined below.
1. Digital Products
All digital items are delivered electronically via email. Once a product key or download link has been sent, the sale is considered final. However, we do offer refunds in limited and verifiable cases.
1.1 Refunds Not Available
- Change of mind: Digital items cannot be returned after delivery.
- Incorrect purchase: Customers must review product details before buying.
- Customer-side technical issues: Includes incompatible devices, OS issues, or lack of system requirements. Activated keys cannot be reversed.
1.2 When Refunds ARE Allowed
We offer refunds only in these situations:
- Duplicate Order: You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
- Invalid or non-working key: If the product key is defective and we confirm the issue on our side.
- Product not delivered: If you did not receive your order and our support team confirms it was never delivered.
These cases fully comply with Google Merchant’s “fair refund policy” requirement.
1.3 Exchanges
If the key has not been activated, we may offer an exchange for another version or similar product.
1.4 Refund Process
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card provider and may take up to 10 business days.
