All payments must be completed at the time of purchase. If payment is not received or the transaction is declined, the order will not be processed and no products will be delivered. The buyer forfeits any claim to the order in cases of non-payment.

All our products are delivered digitally. Delivery typically takes from a few minutes up to 2 hours. In rare cases, if you do not receive your product within 2 hours, please contact us or reach out through our live chat.
You will receive the following via email:

- A confirmation email with additional details when necessary
Note: No physical items are shipped. All orders consist of digital product activation keys only (no DVDs, CDs, OEM stickers, etc.).
3. Delivery Time & Method
Products are delivered directly to your email inbox within seconds after purchase. Digital delivery eliminates the environmental impact associated with shipping physical goods.
You will receive:
- The original license or activation key
- All installation and activation instructions
Important: If a product is temporarily out of stock, delivery may be delayed by several hours. Please also check your spam or junk email folder.
4. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Unused items in their original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding return shipping costs. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at support@keys4you.us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

5. Missing or Delayed Delivery
If you have not received your digital product, please do not worry—we are here to help. Contact our support team and we will assist you immediately.

If you have not received your order within 3 days after receiving your confirmation email, please email us at support@keys4you.us with your name and order number so we can investigate.
