Sales Agreement
Customers must be at least 18 years of age to place an order with Keys4You. KEYS4YOU LLC is the owner and operator of Keys4You. Each order placed on our website is an offer by you to purchase digital products from KEYS4YOU LLC and is subject to these terms and conditions. All website content, including logos, text, and graphics, is owned by KEYS4YOU LLC and protected by copyright.
1. Definitions
Company: KEYS4YOU LLC, 159 N Wolcott St Ste 133, Casper, WY 82601, United States.
Customer: Any individual or business purchasing digital products from the Company.
Product: Digital product license keys and related digital items offered for sale on our website.
Agreement: Any completed order or proposed transaction between the Company and the Customer.
These terms apply to every Agreement and supersede any prior versions or conflicting customer terms unless agreed in writing by the Company.
2. Price
All prices are shown on the website. The Company may correct pricing errors or omissions. If a price correction affects an existing order, the Customer will be notified before the order is processed.
3. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of purchase via the payment methods available on the website. Orders are processed only after successful payment authorization. The Company may refuse to deliver products if fraudulent activity is suspected. We may disclose payment-related information to law enforcement when required by law.
4. Product
Products sold are digital license keys used to activate compatible software. The Company provides activation keys and installation instructions. Each key is intended to activate one copy of the corresponding software on one device unless otherwise specified.
The Company does not supply software download files as part of the product; only license keys and instructions are provided unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.
5. Delivery
Digital Products: Delivered via email or to the customer’s account page immediately after successful payment. Customers are responsible for providing a correct and working email address.
The Company will use reasonable efforts to deliver products promptly but is not liable for delays caused by technical issues, email providers, or factors outside the Company’s control. Such delays do not entitle the Customer to cancel the order or refuse digital delivery.
6. Usage
Customers are responsible for installing and activating software and ensuring system compatibility prior to purchase. The Company is not responsible for installation issues resulting from incorrect usage or incompatible systems.
7. Cancellations & Refunds
Digital Products: Once a digital product key has been delivered, the sale is considered final. Refunds are only available in limited, verifiable cases such as:
- Duplicate orders (accidental multiple purchases).
- Defective or invalid keys that cannot be corrected and where the issue is verified to originate from the Company.
- Products not delivered where the Company’s systems show no successful delivery and the issue cannot be resolved by support.
To request a refund, contact support@keys4you.us with your order number and relevant evidence. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on the card issuer or bank.
8. Force Majeure
The Company is not liable for failure to perform obligations if such failure is caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, or other force majeure events).
9. Cookies
By using our website, you consent to our use of cookies in accordance with our Cookie Policy.
10. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the competent courts in the United States.
